Transparency log

Every moderation action we take, with the date, what we did and why. Entries are never edited or removed — a decision we later reverse gets a new entry pointing at the old one, and the original stays where it is.

What is deliberately absent: whose file it was, who reported it, who at WeDoFiles acted, and the filename. Publishing an action should not publish a person.
